Ability Plus Ltd commenced business in February 2008 after consultation with Tracy Tierney of One to One. We initially approached Tracy in regard to a start-up business idea and wished to investigate if it was viable for us to proceed. We received personalised management and in-depth knowledge of starting and operating a business as well as excellent follow up service after the initial meeting.

During our business planning sessions we were provided with detailed information on systems, processes and an overall business plan that defined areas of importance. We received valuable local knowledge as well as excellent advice on identifying long term and short term goals and financial planning.

We have continued to receive excellent and professional service from Tracy and the team throughout our first year of operation, with regular contact to ensure our original plan was being implemented as well as on-going business consultation and financial planning advice. Prior to purchasing my business in 1997, I approached One to One Financial Management for accountancy services to ensure the business was a sound investment. I have now been with them for over 12 years.

One to One support us on a daily basis will all aspects of administration management, including banking, GST and wages. Invoices, debtors and creditors are all kept in check and we are provided with a monthly report to keep us on track.
