We help clients set S.M.A.R.T goals (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time driven), put strategies in place to deliver on those goals and work in partnership by providing services to assist.

| Every Wednesday the One to One Team delivers meals on wheels to the local community |
It has been a core value of One to One since our establishment in 2000 to give back to the local and global community that helps us be successful.
Organisations we proactively support include:
- World Vision – we sponsor two gorgeous children, Briania from Kenya and Kevin from Honduras. For more information on World Vision visit their website.
- Life Education Trust NZ – We have been a ‘Harold Club’ Member for several years. The Trusts mission is to help give the young people of New Zealand, through positive health-based education, the knowledge and skills to raise their awareness, to live a fulfilling and healthy life.
- Relay for Life NZ – A cancer society initiative where every two years our team participates in a sponsored 20 hour walking relay to raise funds for our local Cancer Society. Find out more, visit their website.
